Portland, Oregon is a city thriving with culture and excitement, and for a few weeks in the spring, a veritable garden of activities bloom here. We’ll revel in the roses of Portland’s famous Rose Festival and take our seats for the Grand Floral Parade, a century-old tradition that delights spectators. Rose-covered floats, bands, clowns and all the other pageantry make this a world-class parade. We’ll promenade through the Portland Rose Gardens, where more than 10,000 roses are on display. Originating as a safe haven for growing Europe’s hybrid roses during World War I, the gardens continue to nurture this much-loved flower. But the fun doesn’t stop there! This itinerary also includes a visit to Yellowstone National Park, scenic drives, and unique stops along the way.
